Canon Retina Camera

Retina Camera

The retina or fundus camera is used for fundus photography for monitoring progression of a disease, diagnosis of a disease or in screening programs.

The camera creates a photograph of the interior surface of the eye, including the retina, optic disc, macula, and posterior pole.

The photos are stored so on subsequent visits or follow ups, the latest photo can be compared with the older photos to detect changes.

The photos below show the left and right eyes.
